Mae\u2019n rhoi rheswm da i chi fynd i\u2019r awyr agored, i wneud ymarfer corff ac i glirio eich meddwl. Pan fyddwch yn rhedeg, eich cam nesaf yw\u2019r unig beth ar eich meddwl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rheoli straen a phryder<\/strong> \u2013 Mae ymarfer corff yn gyffredinol yn tynnu sylw rhywun oddi ar realiti bywyd. Drwy redeg, rydych chi\u2019n parhau i wneud amser ar gyfer rhywbeth rydych chi\u2019n ei fwynhau y tu allan i\u2019ch bywyd gwaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cymdeithasu<\/strong> \u2013 Mae\u2019r gymuned rhedeg yn un groesawgar.
