Iconic 10K races in south Wales
The R4W 10K Series is an exciting series of 10K road races hosted in Cardiff, Newport, Barry and Porthcawl, delivered by R4W:

10K Series Bundle Offer
10K Series Bundles (offering savings when entering two or more races in our 10K Series) for the 2026 season will go on sale on Thursday 11 September 2025. There are only 1,000 Bundle Spaces per event, and these are expected to sell out fast.

- Enter all 4 races for £112 (a £24 saving versus general entry)
- Enter any three races for £87 (a £15 saving versus general entry)
- Enter 2 races for £60 (an £8 saving versus general entry) – choose from a City Pass (CDF & Newport) or Coastal Duo (Barry & Porthcawl)
*Please note that a small non-refundable admin fee will be charged on top of your registration fee by Let’s Do This, who manage our online registration platform. Multi-event passes are non-transferrable and can only be purchased by individuals.
Other 10K events
At present the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K cannot be included in the series. The event is on pause whilst development work takes place in preparation for a new indoor arena and tram line. We hope to see a return for this popular event soon!

Finishers Items
Finishers items, such as medal and t-shirts will be designed with the series in mind.
A unique set of matching medals, each showcasing one of the iconic landmarks from each running destination will be available at each race – perfect for those looking to challenge themselves to complete all of the races in a single year and collect a worthy memento.
Prize Money
Athletes will be scored using cumulative time from their best three performances. The following overall series prize money will be available:
2025 Prize Money
1st Position – £300
2nd Position – £200
3rd Position – £100
4th Position – £75
5th Position – £50
