The Rabbit Run is a stunning trail race that offers the unique opportunity to run on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate.
Set on the South Wales coast, the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve is a haven for wildlife and a trail-running paradise.
The race takes in stunning trails, hills, valleys, a river crossing, and the chance to experience a tumble down the Big Dipper, the highest sand dune in Wales.
The event is delivered in partnership by the Merthyr Mawr Estate, Bridgend Athletics & Run 4 Wales (R4W).

The Rabbit Run incorporates a 12K (7.5 mile) trail race and a selection of family races (the Bunny, Double Bunny and Toddler Dash). The Beer Mile Trail Championships are also hosted on the evening of the event.
