Rabbit Run Wales

Summary

Rabbit Run Wales features a series of stunning trail races that offer the unique opportunity to run on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate.

Set on the South Wales coast, the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve is a haven for wildlife and a trail-running paradise.

A 12K race takes in stunning trails, hills, valleys, a river crossing, and the chance to experience a tumble down the Big Dipper,  the highest sand dune in Wales. 

Half Marathon and Marathon races take in all the 12K has to offer as well as a stunning tour of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, which promises dramatic landscapes, plunging cliffs, secluded coves and breathtaking views.
